Guiding first-time buyers
Deciding to purchase your first home is an exciting prospect. I will help you learn what needs to be done and how to do it. From educating you about the current real estate climate so that you know what to expect to choosing the right lender to finance your purchase, I will guide you on your journey to becoming a homeowner.
Downsizing, upsizing or moving
As time goes by, you may decide that you need a smaller house or a larger one. I have years of experience helping people either downsize or upsize, or just move to a different neighborhood.
If you decide to sell your current home and move into a new home, I can provide information on some of the logistics to create a seamless process.
Relocating to or away from Seattle
If you will be relocating either to or from the Greater Seattle area, I can help. I have experience with relocation companies and with people making personal choices to relocate.
